Automated System

Manifold

Using a pumping system and valves, provides flow to the organ chip and maintains a controlled environment for the experiment. The manifold functions as a compact incubator, providing the interface between the chip and the instrument. The integrated manifold delivers media through the organ chip while precisely regulating temperature, ensuring consistent conditions and enabling easy sample collection for downstream analysis.

Integrated Microscopy

Built-in bright-field microscopy enables real-time monitoring of cell cultures. The system automatically captures images of the entire channel in just 2 minutes, and microscopy can be conducted remotely from the comfort of your office or home.

No prior experience with microfluidics is required. The system is intuitive and easy to operate, with straightforward software that allows you to design and execute experiments in just a few hours of training.

Unmatched Flexibility

The proprietary pumping system lets you set flow rates for each channel, enabling experiments with 1, 2, 3, or all channels simultaneously. You can also control media flow separately for the top and bottom channels, offering exceptional experimental customization.

The Workflow

1. Chip Seeding

Chip is seeded with extracellular matrix (ECM) and cells.

2. Manifold

Then the chip is attached to the manifold with an easy-to-use locking system.

3. Reservoirs

Reservoirs are added to the manifold to store and collect media.

4. Culture Media

The culture media is perfused through the chip to maintain the microenvironment.

5. Software

The instrument is managed through software offering real-time microscopy, accessible both on-site and remotely.
